Claims When you receive your shipment carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufactures packaging. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc.
All claims for damage or missed items MUST be reported to Gifts Of Enchantment within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Return Policy / Non-Defective Merchandise
If you are not happy with your new product from Gifts Of Enchantment simply return it for a full refund following the instructions below.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance:
1) Merchandise must be in its original packaging. Broken inner packs are not returnable.
2) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST email Gifts Of Enchantment for pre-approval. Items can be returned only if in original packaging. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufactures packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid.
No refunds or exchanges will be made after thirty (30) days.
Warranties
If a purchase item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and submitted for shipping within 24 hours after receipt of payment. You should expect to receive your order within approximately 8 to 10 business days. Remember, fine jewelry items take longer to ship from our warehouse because of differences in handling these items. So they may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please make note of this when placing your order.
Out of Stock and Discontinued Items
We try to stay on top of our inventory and post to our web site any changes, but we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of your order. If you order an item that is out of stock or discontinued, we will immediately notify you. You will have the option to wait for the order to become available, exchange for another item or we will refund your payment. Your satisfaction is our goal.
